Virginia Preschool Initiative Programs (VPI)

The VPI classes attend school from 9:45 a.m.-4 p.m.

Special Education Programs

Combination Home/Class-based Students (2 years old) attend school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Morning Class-based students (3 to 5 years old) attend school daily from 9:15 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Afternoon Class-based students (3 to 5 years old) attend school daily from 12:35-3:55 p.m.

Resource students receive home visits per IEP specification. The day(s) and time(s) will be coordinated between the teacher and parents.

Washington-Reid follows the PWCS calendar with regard to holiday closings, closings for teacher professional development days, and school closings due to inclement weather.
